Quenching Tank is required for surface hardening of metal components. It consists of heat treatment accessories and cooling arrangement for heated metal parts under controlled environment. This tank is filled with polyvinylpyrrolidone or PAG polymer enriched water/ ordinary water/oil for dipping the metal part during hardening procedure. This precisely designed tank also contains agitator, propeller pump and filtration system. Mechanical refilling system is used in this tank in case it is filled with water.
